JetMatch Terms of Service

By accessing or using JetMatch ("the platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JetMatch, based in Malta, EU.

JetMatch is a peer-to-peer social coordination platform. We provide technology that allows travellers to post travel intentions and connect with other travellers who wish to share the cost of private jet travel.

JetMatch is not an aviation operator, airline, travel agent, charter broker, or transport provider of any kind. We do not sell seats on aircraft, operate flights, arrange bookings, or handle any flight-related payments. We are not regulated as a travel company under EU Package Travel Directive (EU) 2015/2302 or any equivalent legislation, as we do not sell or organise travel.

All flight arrangements, agreements, and payments related to actual flights are made solely and directly between users. JetMatch has no involvement in, responsibility for, or liability in connection with any flight arranged through connections made on this platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use JetMatch. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, the information you provide is accurate and complete, you are not prohibited from using the platform under any applicable law, and you are using the platform for lawful purposes only.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hellojetmatchapp@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to post false, misleading, or fraudulent trip intents, impersonate any person or entity, use the platform to solicit payment for seats (as this may constitute illegal charter activity under aviation regulations), harass, threaten, or abuse other users, attempt to circumvent our payment system, or use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend any user who violates these rules without notice or refund.

Private aviation is a heavily regulated industry. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any flight arrangement they enter into complies with all applicable aviation regulations in their jurisdiction.

In particular, users should be aware that in many jurisdictions, including the United States, selling seats on a privately chartered aircraft may constitute illegal charter activity. In the EU and UK, cost-sharing between passengers is permitted provided no profit is made and certain conditions are met. JetMatch posts are framed as travel intentions and cost-sharing coordination only. Users must not use the platform to profit from seat sales.

JetMatch accepts no liability for any regulatory breach by users.

JetMatch charges the following platform fees: €4 (one-time) to unlock another user's contact details, and €35 per month for a Premium membership which includes unlimited contact unlocks, unlimited trip postings, a verified badge, and access to the JetMatch Community (member profile, typical routes and direct messaging).

These fees are for access to the JetMatch platform only. They are not payments for flights, seats, or any aviation service. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a payment you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Refund policy: Contact unlock fees are non-refundable once the contact details have been revealed. Premium subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, via your account dashboard.

Any money exchanged between users in relation to actual flights is entirely outside of JetMatch's platform and responsibility. JetMatch is not a party to any such transaction, does not hold or process flight-related funds, and has no liability for disputes, cancellations, or losses arising from flight arrangements made between users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JetMatch and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to flight cancellations, delays, or no-shows, loss of money paid to other users for flights, personal injury or property damage related to any flight, or failure to find a suitable travel match.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

All content, design, and code on JetMatch is the property of JetMatch and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
